Description: The building design features a facade with underdeck roof insulation and high SRI tiles to minimize solar heat gain. Energy efficiency is enhanced with LED lighting in common areas and large windows for natural daylight. Sustainable practices include an STP for water recycling, organic waste composting, and rainwater harvesting. A 20 KWA solar energy plant and energy-efficient equipment are installed.
